For guests staying at our suites, pool and wellness facilities are accessible from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For room reservations, we suggest booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance during high season. For packages, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks prior to your planned stay.

For individual treatments, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a 50% charge. For room reservations, free cancellation is available up to 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged in full. While Oia is a pedestrian-friendly village with limited vehicle access, we offer private parking for our guests at a secure location approximately 10 minutes walk from our property. We provide complimentary shuttle service between the parking area and our spa. For guests arriving by helicopter or yacht, we can arrange private transfer services directly to our property.
